Monthly rates include water, sewer, Wi-fi
- Lot size ranges from 40′ x 70′ to 70′ x 105′. The size, location and storage, and carports determines the price. Sites range from $700 to $1,000. If you have a storage shed or metal covering, there is an additional cost.
